I am an experienced & hard working individual who has over 20 years experience working with people who have a Learning Disability/Difficulty or who are on the Autism spectrum. I have undertaken many roles in this time,includund as a Rota Writer/Team Manager & on the shop floor as a community Support Worker,which i enjoy the most. I have great listening skills & classed myself as a problem solver-believing there is a solution to every problem.
I have done all the training necessary to be competent in my role. I am very organised & professional & keep all the relevent paperwork up-to-date.
