About

I have eighteen years' experience of working within the NHS which has provided me with many skills in providing a duty of care to patients. Prior to this I have fourteen years' experience working within hotels as part of management teams, which has given me experience of many aspects of catering and hospitality including customer care, attention to detail, standards and quality expectations. I have also worked as a Modern Foreign Language Teacher in a High School, which helped advance my organisational and control skills and as a train attendant for Thalys International and welcoming host on board Eurostar trains.

I have also experience of being a server and barman supervisor for Disneyland Paris.
