With over 11 1/2 years experience as a Chef/Leading Chef in the Royal Navy, catering for numbers in excess of 1200 on a daily basis, as well as Wardroom Officer functions, private VIP dinner parties and catering for members of the Royal Family.
Also over 3 1/2 years as a specialist fire-fighter. Moved into Retail Management in 2004, but then found my way back into catering. Seeking to utilise background and knowledge within a responsible role.
