Despatch Manager at Demontfort Fine Art (2023-02 – 2024-02)

• Managing a team of 12 despatch workers.
• Shipping artwork worldwide and communicating with different couriers.
• Organising the crates for the artwork to be shipped, depending on size and quantity.
• Communicating with the team and other departments the needs of the orders for Artwork that is not available, new Artwork that was due into the business and complaints.
• General day to day running of the despatch warehouse department.

Retail team Leader at Demontfort Fine Art (2016-04 – 2024-02)

Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager. Main Responsibilities are completing and looking after the Businesses Retail Customer order book. This involved the following requirements.

• Ensure all orders are picked and processed in line with the date they were due to be received by the client. Using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Problem solving and arranging changes needed to the artwork.
• Ordering of equipment needed for the department to function on a day-to-day basis. This included invoicing and creation of a PO
• An additional note. When I first started with Demontfort Fine Art I was employed in the goods in department and worked my way up to the position I hold currently.

Assistant Store Manager at O2 Store (2013-12 – 2016-02)

Responsibilities included running of the store on a day-to-day basis.

• Manging the sales floor in support with the manager to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Assigning Targets, encouraging the team to achieve these by assisting with any sales needs and training on the products and sales training.
• Assisting with any customer issues/complaints smoothly and accurate.
• Organising payroll and time sheets and weekly / monthly rota's.
• Back-office administration and team / management meetings

Assistant sales manager at Sony Centre Electronics (2006-05 – 2013-03)

General day to day duties included above. With the added following.

• Traveling to different locations to train new and existing staff on sales techniques and training on any products previous or new that they required.
• Traveling to clients houses to assist in the installation of products purchased.
• Achieving salesman of the year. Percentage against target.
