My career experiences have allowed me become an experienced and proficient Credit Controller with a good understanding of several ERP & Microsoft software. For instance, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic 365, ERP Gold and SAP, to name a few. In addition to grasping the key principles of credit control and risk management, I've managed ledgers in a proactive way to ensure the age debt is reduced and more importantly mitigated it.

I have worked in a number of industries within credit control, managing high value key accounts; Travis Perkins (merchant), Stanley Black & Decker (manufacturing), and Ricoh UK (IT services and softwares/hardwires). I have a good understanding of relationship management and possess a friendly approach in dealing with clients/key accounts. In addition, my acquired skillset enabled me to quickly resolve queries and communicate effectively with all stakeholders (internally and externally).

My experience has enabled me to maintain a good track record of reducing aged debts which in terms allows effective management of my ledgers at less than 15% overdue balance while minimising 90 days+ debt to under 4% through utilising knowledge, proactiveness and diligence ethos, as well as utilising the credit Hold function where necessary to commit payment/mitigate risk.
