I was a chef for a year at Fernández grill house where my duties were to prep and cook the sides and starters and to ensure that my area was constantly clean.
Grillhouse I moved to Middletons Steakhouse where I had the same responsibilities while learning to prepare and cook the mains which were more difficult. After a year at Middleton I decided to try a different lifestyle and became a builder starting as a labourer for a gardener working up to renovating, building and repairs in all trades withing 4 years. I'm dedicated to whatever I set my mind to and aim to be the best version of myself at whatever i do

I have 4 GCSE Equivalents in Englsih, Maths, Catering and science all in 2014
