Curriculum Leader

• Designed and implemented an all through curriculum to work across a primary and secondary school
• Leading the secondary site
• Line managing teachers and teaching assistants
• Leading on educational visits
• I left this role to leave the teaching profession and pursue a career in a different sector

Assistant Principal

• I am responsible for the outcomes and performance of over 2000 students across the academy
• I line manage 20+ staff
• I designed the curriculum plans that are used across the academy and which are now core to the curriculum that is used both academy and trust wide
• Supporting other academies within the trust to improve outcomes and being responsible for the impact of the support process
• Led on implementing government and trust policies such as: Pupil Premium, Catch-up Funding and National Tutoring Programme
