Jorida Cereni

Having worked in different customer-focused environments, including a restaurant, beauty salon and outlet shop in Albania, I have gained experience communicating with different people and understanding the importance of making customers feel welcome and valued. These experiences have helped me become more confident, responsible and comfortable working in busy environments. I studied Level 2 Business at City of Oxford College, where I developed my understanding of communication, teamwork, organisation and working in a professional environment.

I have enjoyed learning how businesses work and developing skills that I can use in the workplace. I enjoy meeting new people and helping customers whenever I can. I always try to stay polite, patient and positive, even when things get busy.

Working in different jobs has also taught me how important it is to work well with colleagues, listen to instructions and take responsibility for my work. I am keen to continue gaining experience and improving my customer service and communication skills. I am a quick learner and open to new challenges, and I would be happy to take on different responsibilities and support my team wherever needed.

I always try to put effort into my work and make sure I give my best.
