Develop and implement Quality Control plans and procedures specific to mechanical works.Conduct regular Civil/Mechanical inspections to identify any defects or non-compliance with specifications.Implementation of the QA manual, EPC procedures and working instructions.Monitor appropriate installation/erection and inspect each activity accord to QCP.Maintain all QS records and address RFIS for closure. Perform onsite Quality monitoring of the work of the relevant discipline ensuring contractual requirements are met. Ensures each subcontractors quality plan an associate quality control plan is implemented and corresponded to the established projects standard alerting the quality team have any compliance issues.
Monitoring the activities of relevant subcontractors ensuring material traceability. Making sure that all tests on inspections are carried out as per the relevant quality control plan. Comments on approves welding procedure specification approve WPS and WPQR’S welder approvals WPQRS as well as NDT procedures and personal qualifications for mechanical welding discipline.
Controlling all welding control sheets verifying that the established weld test percentage are complying with and controlling the weld repair rates as low as possible. Reviewing all quality documentation for relevant discipline activities. Internal and external meetings with our Clients and Subcontractors.
