A motivated professional with a Level 5 diploma in housing management with a master’s in health and social care management passionate about managing properties with extensive administrative and customer service experience in housing management. Possessing considerable knowledge of tenancy issues and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills to advise tenants and resolve complex letting issues. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing who is goal-oriented, with interpersonal and communication skills to advise tenants and resolve complex letting issues.
I possess excellent organizational, administration and management skills, coupled with the ability to review and audit quality improvement in housing. Strong negotiating skills and business acumen and ability to work independently.
Provide a range of comprehensive support packages to vulnerable tenants to enable them to establish and sustain a tenancy and live independent lives in the community, vetting potential tenants to ensure they are eligible for general needs and supportive housing. Also responsible for ensuring that properties are in good condition and well maintained.
