Social Media and marketing manager

Duties:

• Representing the Studio on its social media platforms and provide posts. 
• Upload content regarding lessons to the websites VOD function.
• Edit the website to be more approachable for customers and update stock information for the online store.
• Take Photos to be edited and used within our adverts to represent the studio and its different classes most accurately.
• Assist in other tasks at the studio when available to do so such as cleaning, working the reception or assisting a customer with their enquiries.
• Create adverts with the use of Canva for posters, leaflets, and posts for social media.

Duties:

• Greeting customers and dealing with pricing enquiries 
• Assisted the technical crew before and during a production, shadowing the Follow Spot Lighting Operator and assisting the Stage Manager on the show Thriller! Live.
• Front of House Usher Duties - Selling and Upselling food and beverage items, cash handling and cash up reporting
• Shadowed the box office and selling of tickets
• Assisted marketing team sorting print materials in the print room

• Shadowed front of house duties on a red-carpet event such as guest assistance and enquiries
