Joseph Thornhill

I am currently studying business and then going onto do a quantity surveying degree in university. I have boxed since I was maybe 6 years old during my time in boxing I have came to know people from all different backgrounds and all walks of life, from all over the country and even around the world. From amateur trainers to officials, referees, pro trainers, cuts men, pro boxers, photographers and even old school reporters.

Meeting and knowing these people has helped me to develop as a person and develop excellent interpersonal skills. I am a fair and balanced person and appreciate others values ,customs and beliefs and meet them without judgment. I have now stoped boxing as I want to focus on my education/career and working to become independent although I still do enjoy to watch and support the people I have met.

I also enjoy music and the outdoors, I have been on many a camping trips with family to places such as Snowdon, Delamere etc and I really enjoy it. It's something I am keen to explore as I mature. I am 16 but am quiet mature and I really want a job alongside studying, i think I will be a good asset to any company and would really appreciate the opportunity to gain experience and occupy myself after college and on weekends.

I have had some previous temporary jobs and also done some work experience.
