In this role I was the sole member of the credit control department. It was my job alone to recover debt that was owed to the credit union. When I started the department was untouched for 12 months. However I saw this more of a challenge to fix than one to worry about. 6 months into the job the credit control department was much more effective and the bad debt was reduced by over £500,000.
My personal achievements in this role include reducing this balance as well as increasing the monthly amount coming in. I have enjoyed this role very much and do not have a real appreciation for dealing with the member who are struggling with debt as well as building a stronger relationship with the community at large.

Recently I have been moved to the home delivery department. While my role has changed quiet significantly, the way in which I work has not. My job involves taking deliveries to customers doors and serving them with great customer satisfaction. It is also much more time sensitive than before however, I have been able to deliver with a success rate of 95% which I believe shows how well I have been able to adapt in a fast pace working environment.
