- Led cross functional engineering workshops with subsystem Design Authorities to assess the impacts of and understand the opportunities of a significant customer requested architectural change impacting multiple weapon system sub systems.
- Developed use case diagrams in IBM Rhapsody to explore concept feasibility, stimulate technical discussions and enable comparison against existing Sea Ceptor Architecture.
- Liaised with New Business team to evaluate the technical impacts, engineering effort, cost, schedule and delivery risks to support programme decision making and system development.

- Response to technical queries associated with the Command and Control – Combat System functional interface, whether from internal or external stakeholders.

- Coordinate technical detail for updates to sub-system requirement specifications (TRSs), DESs or ICDs
- Overall accountability for all Systems activity for the respective programme (including Security, Safety and Verification).

- Maintain a system plan on primavera P6 to monitor workload forecast for upcoming 18 months, reporting any changes in profiles to functional line management on a monthly basis, highlighting any resource shortfalls and excesses.
- Interface with Project Management and Export Delivery to understand the engineering work required to meet contractual deliverables and the customer needs.
- In cases where issues were found on the programme, produced a sound engineering strategy to mitigate the impact and ensure all senior stakeholders are aware and endorse the approach.
- Managed multiple Sea Ceptor Weapon System PQ DOORS modules, improving traceability and supporting efficient resolution of system issues witnessed during Weapon system trials, customer integration events and verification activities.
- Conducting data analysis to better understand issues during systems proving activities and Interfacing with subsystem Design Authorities and ISV Trials team leads to agree paths to resolution.
- Assessing the impact of each problem against the system requirements compliance matrices and providing support to the V+V team in cases of Non-Compliance and lack of certification evidence.
- Holding monthly PQ panels and investigation sprints to improve efficiency, concentrate effort and discuss proposals with the Chief Systems Engineer and the relevant SME's to close down issues.
