I am a well presented, articulate person who is ambitious and focused. I am a hard-working individual who thrives to achieve my goals, and I like to carry out tasks to the best of my abilities. I can work well in a team but am also capable of working independently, which makes me good at using my own initiative to complete any task set.
I have worked in many retail and sales positions and worked my way up to manager roles, most of which required working in a fast-paced environment and involved a lot of training and learning new things at a fast pace. I am also approachable and have good communication skills, which makes it easy for me to interact with all types of people. I have good time management skills and will put in the time and hours that are required of me.
Duty manager - The Pingles Leisure Centre

The Pingles were a large company that specialised in leisure activities such as swimming whalers and inflatable sessions which also included a large gym. My role during my time there was overlooking a large team of lifeguard, this means I would oversee the day-to-day operations which included taking responsibility of the office work, overlooking the pool area, the gym area and giving the correct first aid when needed. I made sure that everything was smoothly and knowing that my team and I knew what was required of us throughout the day.
This way I could make sure that the public could enjoy their experience and that I was working at this to the best of our ability.
Assistant Manager - Triumph Motorcycles

During my time at triumph, I was a specialised paint sprayer. This means that I was in a spray booth and my duty was to have the parts come through to me on a cover belt. I then had to mask the item and paint them in a specific way, as per the client's request. It meant that I had a specific set of requirements for each client, in which I was expected to carry out at a high standard but also produce quality work in an efficient manner.

During my time at Luke 1977, I was a supervisor which required me to open and close the store. It also meant that my main duties were dealing with cash, doing stock take, handling deliveries and overlooking my team and staff. I had to ensure that all the stores' sales daily targets were met too. This required me a lot of upselling, merchandising the store.

My role at Jessica is to oversee the day of trade and make sure the store is looking tidy and the money is taken and we hit the weeks target this means that I will be in charge of the team and overseeing the jobs throughout the day including delivery and bringing stock up from the stock room and merchandising the stock and facing it forward making the shop look presentable.

I delivered expert watch services, including battery replacements, strap fittings, resealing, and minor repairs. Supervised and trained staff to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and workmanship.
I managed stock levels, cash handling, and daily financial reporting. And drove sales performance and exceeded weekly targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I also ensured compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and visual presentation guidelines.

I also supported management with staff training, merchandising, and stock control. And monitored sales performance and contributed to achieving and exceeding store targets. Handling customer queries, returns, and warranty claims in line with company policy.
And maintained a clean, compliant, and welcoming store environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
