I am an enthusiastic, driven and motivated self-starter with excellent customer service skills. I am currently employed as a Supervisor Housekeeper at the De Vere Latimer
Estate in Chesham where I have to ensure the tasks are completed to a very high standard using my excellent organisational and communication skills within tight time constraints. I have been having ongoing training to be an assistant manager due to my excellent work ethic and leadership skills that were recognise very quickly within this role. I started my own business very young up-cycling Dyson vacuum cleaners and selling them on eBay.
This taught me invaluable computer and customer service skills with frequent customer interaction, either on computer or face to face, explaining the product and ensuring high customer satisfaction. I have been described as ‘smart,
polite, hardworking and diligent in all the tasks undertaken’ within an employment environment. I have self-starter qualities, I’m ambitious, passionate with excellent leadership qualities. I have a strong work ethic multitasking with great enthusiasm and an eye for quality within everything I do.
I work hard ensuring high standards of cleanliness by overseeing the training of all my staff ensuring they're aware of the levels of cleanliness, sanitation and safety the establishment expects them to meet at all times. I create schedules so staff know what to clean and when and keep everyone on schedule, managing the lunch breaks of staff and make reports on employees for supervisory duties. Customer service is very important by always being polite and professional towards customers and trying hard to meet their needs and requests.
If any customers have complaints, it is my responsibility to note these complaints and share constructive feedback with the staff to make improvements. I work alongside the staff to complete cleaning and maintenance duties,
if a team member is missing I step in to ensure the effective and efficient completion of all tasks. I monitor and manage the equipment and cleaning supplies ensuring all equipment is working correctly and to quickly replace equipment that has broken. I have repeatedly successfully implement different strategies to improve the efficiency and overall function of the housekeeping department.
I have been praised on my excellent leadership and management skills ensuring staff carry out all tasks correctly and to a high standard that positively reflects on the establishment. Hence I have been trained with a view of higher management rolls
