I bring a strong track record of operational leadership, having progressed from Senior Technician to Workshop Supervisor and most recently to Associate Manager at Tesla. Over the years, I’ve led high-performing technical teams, managed daily service operations, and driven continuous improvement across workshop environments. My experience includes hands-on diagnostics, team development, safety compliance, and customer-facing service delivery in fast-paced, high-standard settings.

I’m passionate about building efficient, motivated teams and now looking to apply my skills in a new industry where service excellence and operational precision are key.

I completed my technical education in automotive service and diagnostics, which laid the foundation for my hands-on expertise and leadership in workshop environments. Over the years, I’ve supplemented this with internal training and development programs at Tesla, focusing on team management, operational excellence, and safety compliance. This combination of formal education and real-world learning has equipped me to lead high-performing technical teams and deliver service at scale.
