I am very managerial I have progressed to a position of power within the majority of my previous roles because I have the confidence and ability to lead well.

I am capable to adapt to most situations that I am put into therefore quickly develop skills required to thrive within my workplace atmosphere.

I have always been a grafter, I was always the employee to work extra time, cover required shifts or step up to roles that I was needed in. As a result I have always been able to progress within the companies I have previous been with and proven myself a valuable asset multiple times.
