With over 10 years of experience in care, I have gained my NVQ level 3 and ensured that residents in a range of care homes have lived comfortably. I have experience providing personal care to individuals and ensuring they have a comfortable, engaging place to live when they are not with their families. I have a passion for caring for individuals, which has been evident in my previous workplaces.
During my time working in care, I have developed a deeper understanding of legislation and policy, which has greatly influenced my work with both the young and the elderly. Continuing my work in the care industry is important to me, and learning new ways of working is something I am confident I can adapt into my practice.
