I currently work in the NHS and looking to get back into the electrical field, I would need to give a week notice and I can start and I would be open to weekend work and overtime if available at time of applying. I have done hands on work helping friends here and there with installing security alarms and the odd electrical jobs in between the time of my last job in my CV and now. I have all tools for electrical and PPE for working on site, I have a very high work drive and I’m great at working in a team.
I have attention to detail with my work as I take pride in my work and I work at a fast and safe speed, I am always open to learning new skills and getting ad much information as possible for anything. I am looking to be a long term member and to learn and bring my skills to the team and build my skill set with this company.
Electricians Mate June 2008 - July 2008 rewired a house with four floors, we split it into two separate flats. It was a complete refurbishment of the properties. I worked on lighting and power based systems, single phase 2 core and earth. During this project I was introduced to both consumer unit and fuse board.

I was working on an art gallery that was made around the West end Oxford Street area. I was
Exposed to working with 3 phase systems, single phase, lighting and other different types of
Electrical systems. I was involved with air conditioning with the fixture of the unit but not with any handling of the electrical system.
I have done some homers in Glasgow helping with installing security alarms systems, I have had a trail shift in 2024 with a company called RS contractors, due to me working a full time job and there timing is why I haven’t done more work. They mainly work in maintenance and doing full brand new Installations of power and lighting circuits with new fuse boards, i am looking to work full time in the electrical field and for someone to take me on.
I am a newly qualified, self-motivated electrician who has successfully completed the City and Guilds level 2 and 3 for electrical installation. I am looking to gain experience with an established company to improve my skills and practice. I hope this will lead to both myself and any employer being confident in me to work on extensive projects.
I am a hard worker and always take the time to see a jobs through to completion, ensuring all every aspect is to a high standard. I am physically fit to and am willing to take on demanding work.
I feel I work well within a team and my social abilities allows me to communicate well and be an effective leader. I have exceptional technical ability across a variety of systems and facility types, I take great pride in the quality of my work always ensuring I maintain industry regulations at all times.
