To Whom it may concern,

My name is Joshua Spratt- Burt, I’m 19 years old and music is everything to me. As well as being a fan of music, I also started producing music at the age of 15, which has given me an extra layer set of skills when it comes to my musical ear and A&R ear.

I have family that work in music and through this, have seen the inner workings of the industry which has fascinated me ever since. I love the process of finding new talent, monitoring trends upon social media, creating social media assets and music that seems to be connecting on social media.

I’ve spent the last year working alongside Lost Ones Mgmt as an assistant and A&R scout. This has been invaluable experience for me to understand the day-to-day operations of working with artists and producers. Throughout my time here I have looked after the managements instagram page, ran TikTok pages, created and brainstormed ideas for social media. As well as this, I’ve gained solid admin experience and I’m not afraid to do the boring stuff!

I currently work remotely providing A&R scouting and administration duties for Lost Ones Management; a London based management company who manage several artists, writers and producers. My role includes a variety of duties such as:

• ○ Diary Management
• ○ Sending weekly A&R reports of new songs and artists
• ○ Creating social media assets for various artists
• ○ Booking Studio sessions for our artists + producers
• ○ Updating Showreels via Soundcloud, Dropbox, Disco
• ○ Organising producer “beatpacks” for the Managing Director to send to prospective artists
• ○ Managing Lost Ones social media accounts
