Motivated and practical young person with a strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, mechanics, vehicles and how mechanical systems work. Keen to develop a hands-on career through an apprenticeship, building on technical experience in hardware assembly, programming and quality testing, alongside practical experience in a vehicle workshop. I have strong logical and numerical skills, achieving a Grade 7 in GCSE Maths and Grade 6 in Combined Science.

• Worked alongside and shadowed experienced mechanics in a vehicle workshop.
• Drained oil filters and removed wheels.
• Removed and replaced brake pads and wheel bearings.
• Changed headlights and removed parking sensors.
• Followed instructions and worked safely while developing practical mechanical skills.
• Gained a greater understanding of vehicle maintenance and confirmed my interest in a career in engineering/mechanics.
