I am a charismatic individual who has a passion for hospitality and bartending. I have entered competitions in the past and created menus.

i have worked in a fast paced cocktail bar for 2.5 years and as a private bartender for VIPs as well.

im looking to break into the restuarant side of hospitality to further my knowledge of the industry.

I started of in hospitality as a potwash attendant and worked my way up through to waiter, head bartender and eventually general manager. Developing skills such as spec sheets, menu design, balancing flavours, stock control and working at the highest of standards.

I have no education of the industry I was just passionate about cocktails and how we can create marvellous drinks with ingredients people would normally never see.
