My interest in the caregiving field began when I cared for my elderly grandmother during her struggle with Alzheimer's. This experience taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and the need for personalized care in ensuring the well-being of individuals facing various challenges. As I helped my grandmother through her daily activities, I developed a deep sense of fulfilment knowing that my support made a significant impact on her life.

In my current role with agency, I have had the opportunity to work with has allowed me to refine my ability to create tailored care plans, build trust, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved. Additionally, I have honed my problem-solving skills by addressing various obstacles that arise when providing care.
