I am a Sport and Exercise Psychology MSc graduate currently undertaking the SEPAR route with the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences toward HCPC registration. I specialise in supporting youth and developing athletes across sport, education, and community settings using evidence-informed psychological approaches.
My applied work focuses on helping athletes manage performance pressure, confidence, motivation, and transitions in sport using ACT-informed practice and psychological skills training such as imagery, self-talk, attentional control, and pre-performance routines. I have experience delivering both one-to-one and group-based support, alongside psychoeducational workshops designed to make psychological strategies practical and accessible.
I am particularly interested in youth talent pathway environments where psychology is embedded within performance systems, and in supporting athletes to develop both performance capability and long-term psychological resilience within high-performance sport.
