I consider myself an ambitious young individual with an eager attitude to learn and progress further with 5 years of work experience in a variety of folds. During my time within each position I ensured and delivered exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that each interaction left a lasting positive impression. Handled client inquiries, resolved concerns, and created an environment where clients feel valued and appreciated alongside my working colleagues. I employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions in a busy working environment and possess the want to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the significant role I am in.
From changing secondary schools in London to Southampton has been a massive change. I settled fairly quickly and established a place for myself at Barton Peveril Collage which then had left me with an unconditional offer to London South Bank University to study a Photography career. As a passionate young soul with 6 A*- C GCSE Grades and 3 A levels I am still working towards funding my own business in the coming future.
