my professional experience include providing outstanding customer service to the patients and customers coming into the pharmacy, following SOP accordingly, ensuring OTC and GSL products are displayed on the correct place and shelf either on the counter or the shop floor, labelling and endorsing prescriptions, ordering stock like catheters, dressing, stocking and bandages, claiming for prescriptions, dispensing, putting the stock away, training new staff on the process of labelling prescriptions following the SOP, checking patient’s information on their prescription , performing blood pressure checks on patient’s eligible for the service and updating their records accordingly.
