Julia Swanepoel

I am 16, nearly 17, and looking for a part time job to do in between my studies. I am currently doing A-Levels in Economics, Maths and Physical Education. I am a competitive swimmer, so have learnt to manage my time well around school and training.

I am team captain of both my swim club and my school swimming team, so I know how to work with groups of younger people as I’d have to direct their warmups/training and what they do at competitions. I have had a previous job as a swim coach, however I am looking for something more demanding and that has more hours to offer. I work very well independently and always get my work done quick, and am good at knowing what to do in situations/problem solving.

However, I am also good in group situations and am a very kind and considerate person to work with.

I have previous experience as a swim coach at Epping Forest District Swimming Club for a year, meaning I did things such as direct warmups in competition and create training sets, and help improve technique for our regional teams just before competition. This means I can work well with younger groups of people and can be creative by making training fun for them.

I am a sixth form student at Trinity Catholic High School, and am currently studying A-Levels in Economics, Mathematics and Physical Education.
