Handyman abilities developed over the years to include small electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc. including full fitting of kitchens and bathrooms.
Overseeing the property management of properties, to include general maintenance and responsibility of liaising with various trades.
Experienced in manual handling and ability of working at height.
Work well on own initiative, multi-tasking, planning situations to conclusion, with a strong attention to detail.
IT literate, with accurate data recording ability.
Calm, with an organised attitude when dealing with the public and trades, even when presented with difficult problems.
