As an IDCR Team member, I monitor Graphnet dashboards, manage SSO and URL accounts, run daily strategic reports for Bolton and Wigan TPP sites, handle incidents and requests via the IDCR Mailbox and Service Now, coordinate with external partners like Graphnet and Docman, configure RBAC roles across clinical systems, set up EMIS X for care plans, create and maintain user accounts, participate in ongoing projects such as RBAC role implementation, change and disable passwords, troubleshoot issues, perform audits, train new team members, respond to users, and keep the password vault updated.
