My natural ability to connect with people, work experience and love of learning are qualities that I believe make me an ideal candidate to work in education. I am keen to further my understanding and further develop my experience of working within the education sector and hopefully progress to completing and creating a career within Education. I have always loved helping people and my current position being a Nursery practitioner makes me feel like I'm making a difference to someone's life.
I have experience of following strict policies and procedures. Making sure I follow all guidelines and safeguarding is of the highest priority. After working with children in a preschool I thought that going into care was just natural progression, I have always liked caring for people and working in a position where I help care for adults with a range of disabilities just makes me think that a career in care was for me.
I feel like my personality is well suited to that of a teaching assistant and I like to keep busy and I feel like I'm approachable and motivating. I have experience with providing an educational timetable to aid children in their learning but making it fun, I have had to keep records on what activities worked well and what needed changing or tweaking to make it a more suitable activity for everyone to enjoy.
