- Washing up the crockery and cutlery, using an industrial dishwasher as appropriate
- Setting up tables for the clients' meals
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, adhering to all relevant health and safety policies
- Serving clients with meals and drinks and then clearing the tables afterwards
- Handling any queries or issues raised by the clients
- Stock management (checking supply levels/dates etc. and making phone calls to order additional stock as required)
- Ensuring that food orders are kept within the agreed budget
- Checking and recording the temperatures of all meals and of fridges, freezers etc.
