I left school when I was 16 after taking my GCSE's. I attended Keighley College for 3 Years where I qualified as a level 3 Nursery Nurse. During this Time I gained knowledge and experience of working with children who have additional needs and practiced my skills with children 0-8 years.

During the 18 years I have worked with children I have developed excellent knowledge of the new EYFS and SENCO background, good organisational skills, and the ability to work well within a team while using my own initiative. I am reliable, punctual, and flexible in my working hours with strong knowledge in Safeguarding.

As a Deputy Manager provided support to the manager and stood in when the manager was not on site. As Lead SENCO spoke with other professionals on a regular basis and completed funding forms and support plans.
