I am known for my reliability and punctuality, which I believe are crucial attributes in any work environment.

I excel in creating positive customer interactions and take pride in being the approachable face that people feel comfortable approaching.

During my four years working at Nando’s, I garnered a profound understanding of the pivotal role played by a joyful customer journey in ensuring a repeat visit.

After two years at Nando’s, I advanced to the role of Buddy. In this capacity, I assumed responsibility for training new team members, ensuring they operated at their highest potential, and providing essential support to managers during peak operational periods.

During my time I ensured I kept in line with the Nando’s values:

I achieved commendable results in my A-levels, attaining grades of B in Criminology, Distinction in Health and Social Care, and B in English Literature in Bristol, Patchway Community School.

I am now currently a Law Student in Cardiff University, studying the modules Media Law, Miscarriages of Justice, Land Law and finally Tort Law
