I gained full-time working experience and Lloyds Banking Group connect department where I focused on helping customers on technical online banking queries. I have gained great telephony experience whilst conducting this role and was able to focus on giving clear and concise information to customers while making it essential to meet time limits on calls.

Leeds General Infirmary – (Bank Staff) Biomedical Support Worker (2022-2024)

As Bank Staff my main responsibilities include managing the load of samples as well as ensuring samples are correctly processed in accordance to Trust policies as well as processed into the Trust systems.

Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust - Trainee Biomedical Scientist/Support Worker (Sep,2022- Apr,2023)

During my placement I was able to complete the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) Registration Portfolio together with vocational laboratory training. Upon verification of the portfolio and completion of my degree, I am eligible to apply to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) register as a Biomedical Scientist. Typical tasks I was required to perform during this placement included the analysis (under supervision) of pathological specimens such as blood samples to detect, diagnose and monitor disease.

I was also expected to learn the professional standards of practice as published by the HCPC and demonstrate these within the portfolio as evidence. I was able to identify and troubleshoot issues regarding machines in the lab.

Heron Foods Ltd (Apr 2021 – Jan 2023) - Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant duties here included selling, restocking and merchandising. My role was also to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximization, which was achieved throughout my time there.

Subway Ltd (June 2018 – April 2021)

As a Subway Sales assistant I was the first person to greet and serve customers, prepare their food, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and handle and process light paperwork. Exceptional customer service was a major component of this position as well as great communication.
