• Responsibilities included performing semen analysis by assessing parameters such as Count, Morphology and Motility according to WHO Guidelines.
• Preparation of semen samples for IUI and ICSI using various preparation techniques such as Density Gradient, Swim-up methods, and preparation of semen samples from surgically aspirated procedures such as TESA and PESA.
• Preparation of OPU Dishes for Sr. Embryologists.
• Responsible for conducting Quality Control checks of all the equipment used for IUI and IVF treatments.
• Responsible for maintaining the stock of all required materials used in IUI and IVF laboratories and would perform weekly stock checks.
• Conducting monthly audits of IVF labs in various branches of the fertility center.
• Upheld requirements for data collection, reporting and quality control for the duration of investigations.
