A highly experienced PMO Analyst and Programme / Project Planner. I have over twenty-five years experience supporting large scale business change and IT programmes/projects across a range of industries including banking, government, utilities and housing. Extensive experience working in within a Programme Management Office function.
Experience of working on programmes/projects to ensure that they adhere to the defined standards and methodologies. This was done through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to solution development and implementation through to final handover, giving training and support.
