Justina Bryce

I'm a Grammy-nominated engineer, producer, and creative with deep roots in music-making and over 10 years of experience across studio work, education, and youth-facing creative projects. My career has spanned everything from assistant engineering on major label and film sessions at Abbey Road Studios under the umbrella of Universal Music, contributing to high-profile projects with artists such as Tyla and Stormzy, to leading grassroots artist development through my own initiative, Yard Twenty Five. Most recently, I've designed and delivered a multi-month artist development programme supporting emerging Black R&B/Pop talent.

I've overseen budgets, creative direction, and live content production, while coordinating a team of collaborators including vocal coaches, engineers, and visual creatives. Alongside this, I've supported workshop delivery and community-facing programmes at UD and Protocol Education, and understand firsthand the challenges and needs of underrepresented young creatives—because I've been one of them. My lived experience, creative credibility, and passion for championing new talent inform everything I do.

• Delivering music production lessons as part of the UK's first free Level 3 Qualification in Hip Hop Theatre for 16–19-year-olds.

• Was part of the production team of the Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
• Gained hands-on insight into all aspects of large-scale live event production, including stage management, live sound engineering (FOH and monitoring), video and lighting, and crew coordination.
• Observed workflows and technical setups during performances by major artists including Busta Rhymes, Rizzle Kicks, Shaboozey, Skepta, and Charli XCX.
