Call Centre Reception - Jam Media Response

Duties included, dealing with both outgoing and incoming calls with several different lines of communication. These would include lines such as reception based, an ordering line taking orders for different businesses, covering lunches, weekends & holidays. I also dealt with financial calls of taking card payments and dealing with complaints.
I would also be working on a contractor line with high businesses, calls for breakdowns of lifts, fridge freezers and many more. I would also run a & work on the main reception dealing & greeting customers/guests and also setting up conference rooms for different meetings.

A fantastic opportunity to work in a special needs day centre with all different learning disabilities & special needs. Duties have included working with 1 to 1 individuals and also being responsible for a small group. Along with colleagues I work in 2 sites and support clients in both.
I have run my own sessions of life skills with various themes and with different activities. 12 months after joining LEG I was promoted to the position of a Shift Leader, this entailed taking on a higher role within the day centre which included supporting staff, delegating tasks, ensuring a smooth work day during the shifts, providing feedback to management and dealing with any issues. My main responsibility above all is to oversee the day to day of every shift.
