I'm a friendly, approachable and polite individual with strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated and well organised, I can plan, prioritise and adapt effectively, including overcoming language barriers with customers and colleagues. Retail and Hospitality at Harding (2025-03 – Present)

Working for the number one retail cruise line branded company in the world, taking retail and customer service experience to a whole new level and standards for fourteen different cruise lines. Managing and maintaining stock lines and control for future cruises and inspections from shoreside.

Server at Disney Cruise Line (2023 – 2025)

Food and beverage department on the world's best cruise line, dealing with high class guests from all nationalities around the world as well as crew from over sixty different nationalities.

• Started as an Assistant server taking drinks orders and assisting the server and the companies standards in the dining room
• Then quickly progressed to a Server running my own station, delegating my assistant server to assist my guests needs, dealing with highly stressful situations and advanced allergens test

Kitchen Porter/Fry Chef/FOH Server at Hickory's Smokehouse (2025 – 2026)

American smoked style restaurant, assisting management to achieve KPI's, visions and daily targets. Maintaining wash station, organising sections on the back line. Working to demand with prepping for work stations including deliveries and helping on the busy Fry section, working in a fast paced, full 400 covering area, serving and taking food and drink orders at high standards and multi-tasking 3 sections at once.

Hospitality at Hideaway Kitchen (2020 – 2023)

• Same business as before but I now run the business for the owner as general manager and will strive to make the business more successful and to hit targets
• As well as account managing, payroll and Tronc system for tips
• First role in management as a supervisor, I have really strived forward and taken in all the information given to me
• I have gained skills with being able to communicate with my own team and being able to push the business's values in motion and bring the best service and experience to the customers
• I have been given the responsibilities to run the business for the owner and have finished my level 3 apprenticeship to further support my knowledge and skills within this field

Night Porter / FOH Supervisor at Pennine Manor Hotel (2022 – 2022)

I worked here for a month as a Night Porter but originally came here as FOH Supervisor.

• The skills I gained were running the hotel as security and checking in and out guests
• Running the bar service on a night for guests and attending to any needs during this time
• I unfortunately left due to my contract being changed without my knowledge

Retail at Boyes Brighouse (2019 – 2020)

• I have gained skills within customer service knowledge, including retail and being able to adapt with problems and being able to independently solve them
• I've taken care of a section of the business (shop) to look after as well as the whole store itself

Retail at Superdrug Brighouse (2021 – 2021)

Part time work during COVID.

• Built on my knowledge and skills within customer service in the retail business and being able to help promote the brand and effectively bring up sales
• Really helped focus and build on my upselling skills
• Organising and cleanliness was a priority here with time management and team work
