- Led integration of cognitive-training games and AI chatbot into a unified age-friendly mobile app; translated older-adult needs into product requirements and testing cycles.
- Ran implementation pilot; used continuation intention (67%) and user feedback to guide refinements, with subsequent continuation intention reaching 79%.
- Coordinating multi-site community implementation with 75+ older adults across Active Ageing Centres to evaluate user experience, adoption, wellbeing outcomes and willingness to pay.
- Led prototype development: scoped features, gathered requirements, aligned engineering team and coordinated iterative user testing.
- Designed and ran UX study with ~140 older adults across Active Ageing Centres, generating evidence on facilitators, barriers, intention to use and product suggestions.
- Advised ML team on analysis of chatbot conversation signals for cognitive impairment detection; coordinated across PIs, industry partners, community organisations and funders.
- Supported translation of a dual-language cognitive-training intervention into community deployment at large-scale Active Ageing Centres.
- Co-authored peer-reviewed randomised controlled trial demonstrating memory improvement in older adults, providing evidence for real-world implementation.
- Managed 1–4 assistants/interns across concurrent product and implementation projects.
- Tracked Ami Chat/Ami Platform budgets; allocated resources and reported expenditure.
- Coordinated recruitment, onboarding and data collection across community sites and partners.
- Analysed quantitative and qualitative user, adoption and outcome data.
- Wrote up findings for academic publications and funding reports, including Ami Platform findings for industrial funders.
- Represented the PI in working-level meetings with funders, industry and community partners.
- Facilitated 4+ AI workshops for older adults to support adoption and digital confidence.
