Kady Baldwin

I am highly competent at working with in a team and off my own initiative. I can communicate well with others, both written and verbally. I am very responsible and do well at keeping organised. I am a great team player and have a proven track record of this, as part of football teams for over 10years.

I have shown self-discipline and commitment to work with the team to achieve club level, borough, national and international success. I can demonstrate persistence, determination and ability to cope with the stress of this level competition in the key position of goalkeeper. This position will evidence both my teamwork and ability to work off my own initiative.

This can also demonstrate that I am a hardworking individual who is good at following instructions and likes to get things done. I have also helped coach an u10s football team, demonstrating my confidence and leadership skills. In addition, I have also completed up to my silver Duke of Edinburgh award, which also demonstrated all of my core skills.

Further evidence of my core skills is I was voted in as a school councillor and also a school pupil governor, this outlining my confidence, leadership, teamwork, communication and listening skills. I am now ready and looking forward to the next chapter of my life and the challenges that will bring.
