I am a manufacturing operative at Sandland, While working here I have developed various skills and acquired loads of knowledge. My responsibilities include learning how to set up, operate and quality check work off over 8 different machines safely, how to maintain a clean and safe work environment, how to work alongside health and safety regulations and how to work in a physically demanding and fast paced environment.
I left school with 7 GCSE’s and I also did a course at an Academy by the name of LEMA where I trained and qualified in all safety acts and lean engineering and manufacturing.
