I have worked for Costa and KFC.The responsibility’s I had at Costa was providing friendly and professional customer service, Taking customer orders and processing payments, Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, Preparing food and keeping products stocked, Keeping the café clean, tidy and organised, Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures, Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods, Restocking supplies and checking product availability, Handling customer questions and helping resolve issues.Also the responsibility’s I had a KFC was providing friendly and efficient customer service, Taking customer orders and processing payments, Preparing and serving food to company standards, Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures, Keeping the restaurant, kitchen and work areas clean and tidy, Restocking food, packaging and other supplies, Working as part of a team during busy periods,Following instructions from supervisors and managers,Ensuring orders are accurate and completed efficiently, Helping maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
