As it was work experience I was responsible for keeping the salon clean and tidy, learning how to take payments from clients, engaging with clients with good communication, watching and observing how to do the different treatments offered, helped with anything that I was asked to do
- Booking in clients into the diary, listing items that are low in stock, meeting and greeting clients, making them teas and coffees.
- Cleaning the stock cupboard
- Answering the phone
