Spearheaded development project of Bristol Airport Silver Zone Car Park aimed at expanding 8400 spaces into 13K space, whilst collaborating with designers to deploy best solutions for unique block parking operation. Led contracts with agency staff providers, optimal resourcing to meet service level agreements and operational requirements; efficient rostering in line with well-being objectives.
