Kamsa Thayaparan

Over 9 years experience working in different nurseries setting and I am a qualified nursery practitioner. I have worked with all age group and have done activities with them. I hope to pursue my career by doing a Level 3 diploma qualification whilst working if possible.

I am flexible to work any days of the weeks and hours. In addition, I enjoy watching them learn, grow and develop at different ages. I can create safe, secure and welcoming environments. I hope to step up to a leadership position and hope to work my way up through the company.

Working in a childcare setting has given me the opportunity to build my career and would like to develop new skills and learn about management skills. I have been a Nursery Practitioner for couple of years by working in a different nursery.
