During my time as a McDonald's Crew Member in Broughton, Wales, from Feb 2023 to Aug 2023, I honed my customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction by taking orders and addressing inquiries. Working seamlessly with a diverse team, I navigated high-pressure situations while efficiently managing my time to meet shift requirements. Prior to that, as a Junior Administrative Manager in Nizamabad, India, from Apr 2021 to July 2022, I excelled in data entry and record-keeping, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

Acting as a liaison between the administration team and external stakeholders, I prioritized and managed incoming communications effectively. These experiences reflect my commitment to collaborative problem-solving and adaptability.

I hold a Master's degree in Computing from De Montfort University, Leicester, with a focus on Database Systems and Design, Computer Systems and Networks, E-Commerce Software, and Object-Oriented Programming. Additionally, I completed a Masters of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology. These educational experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in both administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and effective communication, as demonstrated during my tenure as a Junior Administrative Manager, and technical skills required for software engineering roles, including proficiency in C, Java, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
