For 10 years, I worked in hospitality and after having a fulfilling career within that industry, I have moved over to a more IT based role and would like to continue to pursue this line of work. I have always had a large interest in working within IT and would like to maintain a career within that sector for longevity. Currently the role is Customer service and data entry from a sales perspective, while i'd like to get into community moderation or full blown Data entry without the customer facing side.
