I am currently employed as a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting and have worked in this field for the past five years. During this time, I have supported children and young people from Early Years through to Post-16 education, enabling them to achieve their educational objectives through tailored interventions and individualised support. In addition, I bring over 18 years of professional interpreting experience in Urdu, Punjabi, Mirpuri, and Hindi.
I have delivered both face-to-face and telephone interpreting services across a wide range of settings, including healthcare consultations, legal proceedings, home visits, conference calls, and other professional environments. My responsibilities have included facilitating accurate and effective communication while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, impartiality, and cultural awareness.
